What is your primary product or service?
Tax preparation, advice & planning, & Assistance with local & cloud accounting - Member Sage Accountants Network & QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was a free-lance writer, working for various ad agencies. I noticed that whenever an agency was going out of business, the last employee they let go was the accountant. I said to myself: that's the job for me - the last one to go!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Having a creative background in acting, music and writing, and having worked numerous different types of jobs myself, I think I have a knowledge of - and appreciation for - different types of businesses that helps me to understand the challenges my clients face. My practice is very much one-on-one, personal relationship-oriented.
It's a true partnership: my success depends upon the success of my clients.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location, no current plans to expand.

Flexible. Primarily weekdays 9-5, but evening/weekend appointments are available if needed. Very extended hours during "tax season."
