Debbie’s Staffing is a full-service staffing company placing temporary, contract, and direct hire personnel into industrial, professional, and office support positions. Established in 1986 in Winston-Salem, NC by our Founder, Debbie Little, CPC, CTS and joined by our President, Heinz Little, CPA, CTS in 1994, Debbie’s has continued to grow.
Our number one objective, however, has never been expansion, but to be the very best at what we do in each of our markets. We take people and their livelihoods seriously, and we are proud of our service to both our business clients and our applicants.
Debbie’s realizes that, in order to maintain and sustain our service and mission, professional growth is critical among staff members. Our National and State Associations of Personnel Services provide us with a great education resource, as well as keeping us abreast of the laws and regulations that affect our industry. Debbie’s adheres to the laws governing Equal Opportunity Employment (EOE) and the Americans with Disability Act (ADA). In addition, Debbie’s has established an in-house training program and promotes continuing education in all skill areas of respective staff positions.
Safety and skills training is another area in which we excel. The North Carolina Department of Labor, Division of Occupational Safety and Health, has honored Debbie’s for fourteen (14) consecutive years with the Safety and Health Award. Debbie’s makes it a priority to ensure that our applicant’s meet all the criteria requested by our business partners and that they are placed in a safe environment with the required safety tools.
Debbie’s Staffing is a North Carolina HUB/SWUC-certified women-owned business enterprise. As an independently owned company, our ability to react to unexpected challenges with timely and creative solutions is better than with national services.
Above all, Debbie’s promotes and practices ethical business. Debbie’s employees are encouraged to give back to the communities that support them. Throughout our Corporate and Branch offices, our employees take an active role in local Chambers of Commerce, professional organizations, and charitable groups.
