What is your primary product or service?
We offer accounting, bookkeeping, payroll and tax planning and preparation services to small businesses and individuals. Also, we work with aspiring entrepreneurs to assist them in all aspects of starting a new business including forming LLC or Incorporating.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We partner with clients to assist them in establishing an effective business operation and plan for profitability. Some CPAs may be excellent at crunching numbers but have no interest in you and the well-being of your business. That is not what you need. We offer our clients comprehensive services throughout the year that include meaningful monthly and quarterly analyses of your accounting records and meet with you to discuss the results. By working with our clients year- round, you receive the benefit of strategies that can best minimize their tax burden through legitimate tax planning. We guarantee no surprises on April 15th.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are located in Glen Allen.

Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Tera D. Kovanes is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Business with a major Accounting. In 1998, Tera earned her designations as a Certified Public Accountant and since then she has obtained designation as a Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Information System Auditor, and Certified Internal Auditor.
She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA),Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) and the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).
Tera is originally from Roanoke and permanently relocated to the Richmond area in 2001. After relocating to Richmond she met her husband, Anthony. And they have settled in Glen Allen with their two young sons, Nikkos and Konstantinos.
