My dad, Roy, started the business and I started out helping him when I was younger.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We believe in our motto of Pride, Quality and Craftsmanship. Our name is on every vehicle that we repair and we take that very seriously. The vehicle owner is our customer, not the insurance company, and we want that customer to be a customer for life.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location at 1100 Blackstone ave, Glen Allen.

We are located 3 blocks north of the intersection of Parham Rd and Brook Rd. If coming from I95- use the Parham Rd-West exit. At the intersection of Parham and Brook make a right turn onto Brook Rd. The first stop light will be at Athens Rd and have a Waffle House on the left. Go thru that light and take the very next right onto Blackstone Ave. We will be the last building on the left with the big blue awning.
If coming from 295- take the Route 1 South exit and proceed to the third stop light. The Waffle House will be on your left. At this light, do a U-Turn and the very first road on your right will be Blackstone Ave. Make a Right onto Blackstone and we will be the last building on the left with the big blue awning.
